Miami-based chef and restauranteur Jose Mendin is well known for dishing up innovative twists on Asian, Latin, and Spanish cuisine - as the co-founder of the famed Pubbelly Group of hipster eateries throughout South Beach.
His latest venture comes via Paris - expect a stylish, lively hangout - dishing up modern Asian specialties - think wagyu tacos and Japanese fried chicken with a wasabi ranch to salmon carpaccio dressed with yuzu soy and truffles - crafted cocktails and a soundtrack provided by resident DJs.
