Taking plant-based dining to new heights is this new ingredient-led tasting menu served in the rooftop restaurant of the London Hilton on Park Lane, with panoramic views of London. Both chefs have created three dishes each, all centred around a seasonal vegetable. Highlights include dishes such as Wye valley asparagus with morel mushrooms & nettles and celeriac ribbons, mint & capers and Jersey royals with maitake and Italian broad beans. The six-course vegan tasting menu is available from 22nd of April to 29th of May - and is priced at £65 per person and £99 per person with wine pairings.
