The Sea, The Sea is hosting the highly-acclaimed chef for the next instalment of their Guest Series.

Following the success of its inaugural Guest Series dinners with Ta Ta Eatery and cult Portuguese chef Vasco Coelho Santos, comes their next instalment, at their immersive 12-seat Chef’s Table - with LLorenç Sagarra Garcia from San Sebastian.  

With a 14-year stint at the famed Mugaritz in Rentería, and before that time at Neichel and Les Tuileries, LLorenç’s cooking draws on his Catalan roots. He now oversees a new gastronomy lab consultancy, Imago. Held over two sittings, diners will be served 6-courses, 6-snacks plus dessert and petit fours, whilst watching the dynamic chef duo prep, cook and present this unique collaborative menu in front of their eyes.
