MasterChef: The Professionals winner is heading up a new restaurant residency at InterContinental London Park Lane - following the success of this pop-up on the hotel’s terrace earlier in the year. The chef - who has worked at restaurants including Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and Dinner by Heston - will focus on championing British produce whilst also incorporating international influences and nostalgic flavours from his childhood - in a new dining space. Choose from a four-course menu with a choice in dishes at each course (£75pp) or a seven-course tasting menu (£110pp).
Autumnal British dishes
Cod with white bean cassoulet and sea herbs; Creedy Carver duck breast with blackberry, port and hispi cabbage, and Chalk Stream trout with parsnip, parsley, mussel and caviar cream sauce.
