Amazonico is bringing Brazilian flair to Monte Carlo, with the latest outpost of the South American dining sensation.

The high profile rainforest-themed Madrid restaurant Amazonico has since opened outposts in Dubai and London. Expect the Monte Carlo outpost on the rooftop of the iconic Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, to similarly take inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region. Expect theatrical, tropical forest-inspired design - with the space and large terrace dressed in an opulent green-gold colour scheme, with lots of exotic wildlife and foliage.

A spectacular setting for a menu spanning the countries of the Amazon by way of Japan - with big, fresh South American flavours. Highlights include charcoal-grilled steak, specifically the Chilean Wagyu fillet, and super-fresh, zingy ceviche and avocado and mango-strewn salads.
