Kebab Flight Night

Oklava are celebrating flavours and fire this summer with a guest Kebab series, kicking off with a Kebab Flight Night...

 
A celebration of cooking over charcoal, Oklava's Selin Kiazim will be joined by chefs Anna Hansen (formerly of the Modern Pantry), Shuko Oda (Koya), John Chantarasak (AngloThai) and Phillip Juma (Juma Kitchen) for a seven-course dinner showcasing the breadth and possibility of kebabs, one of the best-loved culinary traditions, with bold flavours from around the world. Expect dishes such as prawn kebab with squid ink and coconut crepe and a lamb shawarma with a date and cardamom glaze. Tickets are priced at £90 per person.

Signature Dishes

Courgette, feta and mint fritters; sugar cured prawn kebab with squid ink and coconut crepe, kohlrabi, endive and herbs; Southern Thai chicken thigh and offal with roasted coconut curry sauce, chicken fat and ghee flatbread, cucumber pickle, chicken skin and coconut crumb and Mahlep ice-cream with peach sorbet and pistachio nougatine.
