Knowledgeable servers guide you though an exquisite twelve-course tasting menu of 'moments' - with unrivalled emphasis on providing top-quality vegatarian cuisine with utter respect for seasonal and local produce. The menu changes regularly, but some highlights include confit egg yolk with Jerusalem artichokem, bean broth and truffle and a green curry with green vegetables and green citrus. The intimate, formal dining is warm and charming.
