Seed Library comes from the critically acclaimed and multi-award-winning, Mr Lyan, aka Ryan Chetiyawardana - with a focus on stripped back cocktails, alongside a range of craft beer, low-intervention wine and artisanal sake. This collaboration sees North London's Norman’s Cafe food available after the sun goes down.
The menu includes a cheese toastie made with farmhouse cheddar and smoked English ham, potato smiley faces with ketchup, and whipped cod’s roe on top of a pile of classic Frazzles.
Chip butty - thick cut British chips in a potato bun; Bull’s Heart tomatoes served with extra virgin olive oil and sauvignon vinegar; whipped cod’s roe with childhood favourite, Frazzles; tempura fried chicken nuggets served with chilli sauce and potato smilies served with red sauce.
