Food For Art by Adam Byatt

A bookable five-course lunch and dinner featuring a Ruinart gastronomy and wines experience inspired by Ruinart 2022 Carte Blanche Contemporary Art Commission of Danish sensorial artist Jeppe Hein.

On 12 October chef Adam Byatt and artist Jeppe Hein are bringing art and gastronomy together in celebration of Frieze London through ‘Food For Art by Adam Byatt’ - a dining experience inspired by artist Jeppe Hein’s Right Here, Right Now sensorial art installation at Frieze London from 12 - 16 October.

Brought together through Ruinart’s patronage of contemporary art, Adam Byatt (Trinity in Clapham and Charlie's at Brown's Hotel) met with Jeppe Hein in Reims for an artistic and gastronomic dialogue, exploring Jeppe’s Carte Blanche interpretation of Maison Ruinart’s heritage and savoir-faire to create a 5-course interactive dining experience. Tickets are priced at £200 per person - including 5-course menu paired with Ruinart cuvées.

Signature Dishes

Whole autumn truffle, cooked and wrapped in a brioche dough, baked, and served with a plant-based sauce Périgord, raisins and a carpaccio of fresh ceps; a course of crisp Chardonnay grape vine leaves and a dish called Blanc de Blancs with every component pure white depicting the chalk terroirs on which the grapes for Ruinart are grown.
