The restaurant and boutique is the first permanent London location of the beloved Parisian institution.

The renowned business was established by two Armenian refugees, Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian, becoming one of the leading caviar brands in the world and now operate lavish eateries in New York and Paris. The signature teal-blue-hued restaurants naturally revolves around - and serves - mostly caviar - albeit accompanied by other dishes. Their impeccable fish roe, naturally, appears in many of their signature dishes, such as Egg Royale, a soft scrambled egg served in a hollowed-out eggshell with vodka whipped cream and a dollop of caviar, or the smoked trout with asparagus, lemon, crème fraîche and rainbow trout roe.
