Mostrador London by Fernando Trocca

The celebrated Argentinian chef and restaurateur is bringing his ‘family dining concept’ Mostrador to London.

The Argentinian-born chef opened his first London restaurant - a contemporary Latin American concept Sucre last year - and is now behind this all-day dining spot, in what was once a Victorian cabinet maker’s on Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch.

The inspiration behind his casual concept comes from the ‘mostradores’ - or counter-service places - which feature across Latin America. Trocca's first branch opened in Uruguay and has gone on to launch in Montauk, New York, and Buenos Aires in his native Argentina. The menu is simple enough: pick a protein and pair with a choice of salads.
