The exclusive dining experience includes a special five-course menu personally created by the internationally renowned Michelin-star chef - the first and only female chef to run a restaurant with three Michelin-stars in London - with pairings of different expressions of Dom Pérignon, including 2004 P2, the latest release of P2. Expect some of the menu to include some of her signature dishes that puts her among the world's top chefs.
The dinner is priced at £850 per person.
Scottish lobster with fennel, citrus and courchamps; 'Beans on toast’ with white truffle, coco de Paimpol and Fenton farm egg; Cornish turbot with crab and a Ras El Hanout broth and the ‘Chicken & the Hen’ with salsify, thyme and chicken sauce.
