This annual celebration of the art of the Pâté en Croûte sees some of the UK's best chefs showcasing their skills and imagination in a competition to be crowned King or Queen of the Croûte. After rigourous judging from an esteemed panel of experts the winners are announced with best in show - among those cooking are Margot Henderson of Rochelle Canteen, Ben Tish of The Barley Mow and and Ben Tonks of The Seahorse.
Join in the celebrations and toast the winners before a gastronomic feast in Frank's bar (beneath Maison François’) on the evening of November 17th - also sees the annual launch of Beaujolais Nouveau. After the celebrations there's a four course “Bouchon Lyonnais feasting menu”. Dishes include a platter of pâtés en croûte, a house cassoulet of duck confit, cheeses, and Beaujolais-poached pears with almond ice cream. Tickets are priced from £50 - and there's an optional (extra) Beaujolais themed wine pairing.
