Studio Frantzén at Atlantis the Palm

Serving Nordic gastronomy with Asian influences – all set in a luxurious and contemporary interpretation of Scandinavian design.

Studio Frantzen at Atlantis the Palm is the first Dubai restaurant for world-renowned Swedish chef Bjorn Frantzen, who holds three Michlin stars at his acclaimed eponymous Stockholm restaurant and also Zen in Singapore, with both holding three Michelin stars. The Dubai venture sits alongside openings in Shanghai, London and Bangkok. Frantzén’s food is a unique hybrid of Nordic cuisine that marries classic and modern techniques inspired by local and international tradition with Asian notes.

Presenting two of the Frantzén Group’s world-class concepts inside one venue, Studio Frantzén, will serve highlights of Chef Frantzén's critically acclaimed Nordic gastronomy in a non-pretentious and immersive setting. The restaurant will also feature intimate booths, a private dining area, and space at the kitchen counter.
