Iconic Parisian restaurants Daroco, located in the 2nd and 16th arrondissements of Paris, have been a stalwart of the French capital dining scene since 2016. The three Founders, Alexandre Giesbert, Julien Ross, and Nico de Soto are to open Daroco Soho in the heart of London - serving typical Italian trattoria dishes - such as handmade pastas and pizza amongst a Renaissance inspired design with sumptuous velvety seating. Downstairs is an intimate and lively cocktail bar, Wacky Wombat - where you can expect Brooklyn vibes and extraordinary cocktails.

Ravioli alla stracciatella, vitello tonnato, beef Marango slices, lobster and stracciatella paccheri, veal cheeks prepared osso buco style.

The Der Raum fuses coconut oil and flesh gin, amaro, sweet vermouth, jackfruit, koshihikari, and lemon myrtle and Overland Track blending gin, fermented caju, pepperberry, and whey.
