ABC Kitchens at The Emory

World famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's famed NYC farm-to-table restaurant, with a local-sourcing mantra, has landed in London.

Designed by the renowned Rémi Tessier and and play on the progressive architectural spirit of the building and its pared-down aesthetic. Rich and high-quality materials meet comfortable furnishings (and artwork by Damien Hirst) to complement the striking glass façade of the building which overlooks Hyde Park. ABC Kitchens at The Emory brings chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s acclaimed ABC brand to the UK for the very first time - from his beloved Manhattan outpost.

Housed in The Emory - the latest hotel opening from the Maybourne Hotel Group, operator of London’s most legendary and prestigious hotels Claridge’s, The Connaught (where he has a restaurant) and The Berkeley. The concept unites JGV’s trio of NYC ABC restaurants  (ABC Kitchen, ABCV and ABC Cocina) under one roof with a menu mixing farm-to-table,  plant-based and Latin-inspired dishes. Signatures include crab toast with green chilli, crispy fish tacos with aioli and cabbage-apple slaw, and beef tenderloin with chimichurri and lime.
