An eight-seater rooftop omakase restaurant run by a Dubai-born-and-bred chef - who's also primarily self-taught. Dishes are served omakase-style and each diner has front-row seats to witness the creation of his refined dishes featuring exquisite ingredients which blend Japanese techinque with Middle Eastern flavours. Dishes could include: cured slices of hamachi topped with a Syrian sumac sauce and preserved lemon and A5 wagyu beef with celeriac, beef jus and a shiso bouquet. Its setting is just as special as its food, too, sat atop a residential building illuminated by the glow of Dubai’s skyline.
