Casual dining concept Teible focuses on seasonal, farm-to-table flavours in a stripped back spot in Jameel Arts Centre. The minimalist interior design, all white walls, big wooden tables and large windows, allows guests to focus on what is on their plates, as well as the relaxing views of Dubai Creek, from Jaddaf Waterfront outside.
Menus showcase seasonal, local – and occasionally fermented – ingredients in great value dishes. The restaurant introduces new menus every four months, divided into three ‘seasons’, and includes a creative tasting menu, alongside a bistronomy section with dishes grouped under categories like ‘charred’ and ‘sugar’. Recent highlights include: camel ricotta caramelle pasta, along with lamb paired with kimchi.
Farm-fresh flavours, sustainable dining.
