Chefs on Tour

Two acclaimed chefs, Reif Othman from Dubai and Stephen Gillanders from Chicago will cook together for one night to create an exclusive fine-dining experience.


Chefs on Tour is an initiative bringing together chefs from various Time Out Markets around the world in a collaborative dinner. Stephen Gillanders from the fine-dining restaurant Valhalla, located on the first floor of Time Out Market Chicago, travels to Dubai for a four-hands dinner with acclaimed local chef Reif Othman. Together the two chefs have created a special menu that showcases the talent and creativity of both their cuisines - expect dishes such as grilled maitake mushroom with finger chilli vinegar, chevre and charred avocado and codfish with yuzu togarashi cream. Diners will be seated around a large communal table, right in front of an open kitchen where the two chefs will cook and present their menu - priced at Dhs 650.
