The team behind Dalston Roof Park, Background Bars & Bootstrap Company- Night Tales - have launched a summer variation of their wintery urban festival.

This latest venture is a sun-drenched ("touch of jungle”) affair with a tropical theme at their usual Red Market (in Old Street), which has been transformed into a multi-level treehouse village. Food vendors and concept bars are situated around a massive sun terrace complete with rope swing chairs, 25-person "crow's nest", hammocks and "suspended" adventure trails offering elevated tours around the site.

Featuring a selection of London’s finest street food purveyors (new line ups each week) with pop-up first-timers Burger & Lobster alongside some of our favourite vendors including Bonnie Gull seafood shack, LA inspired Bel Air health café, toastie makers Morty & Bob’s, Forza Win and meatball specialists Nanny Bill’s.

Bars include the Lazy Flamingo cocktail bar, the Frozen Punch Bar, the Coco Shack spiked nut and coconut water bar and health-conscious Cold Pressed Juice Bar – ideal for some exotic cocktail creations and refreshing libations. Also there is a musical line-up of leading DJ’s to provide the soundtrack.
