Veuve Clicquot has partnered with renowned chef Sally Abé to present the La Grande Dame Garden Gastronomy tasting experience at The Pem restaurant.

The tantalising dining experience showcases the champagne house’s La Grande Dame 2015 with a bountiful array of local and seasonal garden vegetables picked in the morning and cooked in the afternoon. The seven-course experience sees Veuve Clicquot and Chef Sally Abé produce a ‘reversed dish approach’ which puts vegetables front and centre, while meat, fish and eggs are a condiment to the experience.

Highlights on the menu include dishes such as British garden peas with lemon grass and Exmoor caviar with Dorset razor clams and griddled British asparagus with Yorkshire pecorino, Cornish little leaves and preserved ceps. La Grande Dame Garden Gastronomy runs from 8th June – 15th July, and the menu is priced at £140 per person.
