Kol to host four British culinary stars for an exciting collaborative dinner to celebrate the Mexican holiday, Día de los Muertos...

On the 2nd November and for one evening only, one Michelin-starred Kol’s Santiago Lastra will bring together chef friends from London - including Andrew Wong of two Michelin-starred restaurant A.Wong; Jeremy Chan of two Michelin starred Ikoyi with its acclaimed, original, spice-based cuisine; James Lowe of one Michelin starred Lyle’s. The chefs will work together to create an innovative nine-course menu. Details on the menu remain sparse, but dishes are expected to pay homage to Mexican dining while capturing each chefs’ individual style. The festivities then continue downstairs to the Mezcaleria after-party for live music and mezcal. Tickets are £280 per person.
