Hosted on Tuesday 14 November at Core by Clare Smyth - the dinner sees Clare serving up a special menu featuring some of her most classic dishes - using the best of British produce. Dishes include Cornish Turbot with crab, cucumber and ras el hanout broth and Sutton Hoo chicken with cockles, clams and caviar. The six-course menu paired with Dom Pérignon vintages is priced at £975 plus service - per person.
