On Tuesday 17th October, two of the world’s most exciting Peruvian chefs, two Michelin-starred Chef Víctor Gutiérrez of Restaurant Víctor Gutiérrez (and the only Peruvian chef with 2 Michelin stars to his name) and the much-celebrated Roberto Sihuay of Lima restaurants, are coming together to create a totally unique 8-course menu for one night only at the renowned Lima in Fitzrovia.
The special menu showcases the very best of the two chefs and includes dishes such as Hamachi tiradito with avocado and huacatay tiger’s milk; deer with salsa anticucho and Wagyu teriyaki & aji amarillo with ginger pack choi complemented with cocktails. Tickets are priced at £95 per person and include a Moët & Chandon Garden Spritz and an old fashioned from Santa Teresa 1796.
