The acclaimed Italian chef behind Osteria Francescana is hosting a lunch and dinner at the end of October, in London.
World-renowned culinary visionary, Massimo Bottura, is heading to London to celebrate the launch of his new book Slow Food, Fast Cars: Casa Maria Luigia – Stories and Recipes. Hosted in collaboration with his wife and co-author, Lara Gilmore, the lunch and dinner, hosted (at the NoMad hotel) on the 29th and 30th retrospectively, sees the chef serve up two six-course feasts containing dishes from his restaurant Osteria Francescana alongside dishes from the Tola dolza menu from Casa Maria Luigia - accompanied by a wine pairing. Tickets are priced at £300 per person.
