The dinner sees two of the world’s finest chefs come together to create a unique evening of culinary artistry: Micha’s Lima restaurant Maido is currently ranked 6th by World’s 50 Best Restaurants and holds the title of ‘Best restaurant in Latin America’, while Mauro Colagreco’s Mirazur in France was voted best restaurant in the world in 2019, and now holds a place in the Best of the Best list.
The seven-course dinner presents interpretations of their celebrated signature dishes and priced at £220 per person, with a wine pairing available for a total of £395 per person. Bookings.
Tiradito with sea urchin, o-toro, tendon dashi, avocado and chilli oil; Caracoles al sillao with aji Amarillo foam, sea snails and Nikkei sauce, and Fried Meat, a dish of wagyu short ribs with regional beans, grilled rice and cacao mucilage honey. From Mauro, dishes include celeriac with chawanmushi, caviar and celeriac consommé and Pear, a dish featuring poached spiced pear, and a grilled duck gyoza and skewer.
