Regarded as one of London's most famous restaurants - a favourite of A-list celebrities and royals alike, closed after serving as one of the West End’s most prestigious restaurants for almost 40 years. With its black and white décor, David Bailey photographs and long dining bar, Le Caprice commanded the deepest loyalty of any restaurant in London.
The iconic restaurant and favoured celebrity hot spot (Princess Diana called it her "home from home") is being reborn - as Arlington - at the original location by the original owner - the esteemed restaurateur Jeremy King. The original name is actually owned by Richard Caring, who's opening his version in The Chancery Rosewood, the luxury new Mayfair hotel on Grosvenor Square.
