Carbone Miami is the sister restaurant of the original in New York which has been called the most influential American restaurants of the last decade. Famous for its iconic spicy rigatoni vodka, the West Village Italian-American hot spot has branched out with Miami (pictured), Las Vegas and Hong Kong locations. Expect a glamorous old-school designed joint with Murano sconces and chandeliers, heavy drapery, and sleek jewel-toned seating. It's a throwback to a golden era, modernized with contemporary artwork. As for the menu, it should stick to many of the classics popular in New York and Miami: spicy rigatoni in a vodka sauce, veal chop parmesan, octopus pizzaiolo, linguine vongole and a porterhouse meant for sharing.
