The globally acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco will bring his three Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur to London, hosting special lunar-inspired dinners at Raffles London in celebration of his new book Mirazur, Under the Sign of the Moon.

Held at his new UK restaurant, Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO, the evenings (on 10th and 11th April) will see Mauro serve a 7-course menu consisting of dishes from Mirazur’s acclaimed Universe Menu. Located in Menton, southern France, the restaurant was ranked at number 1 at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards in 2019. 

All of the dishes served at the dinners feature in Mirazur, Under the Sign of the Moon, Mauro’s new book which will be released in the UK on 9th May, offering readers an insight into the pioneering lunar-led gastronomy and biodynamic gardening practices at the heart of Mirazur. The menu (priced at £225 per person, with the option of a wine pairing for £175 per person) includes vegetable-led dishes such as beet and caviar; garden salad and vermouth sauce and artichoke tart, as well as fish of the day and sudachi sauce, followed by wasabi and green apple, and a dessert of chocolate and rosemary. 

The Mirazur, Under the Sign of the Moon dinners will be hosted on 10th and 11th April at Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO.
