Mr Porter London

Netherlands-born steakhouse concept Mr Porter is heading to London with a restaurant in the basement of the Park Lane Hilton Hotel in the space that was once home to Trader Vic’s.

Mr Porter London, which started in Amsterdam and Barcelona and since opened a pop-up in Ibiza - replaces Trader Vics (the iconic tiki bar and home of the Mai Tai) at The London Hilton on Park Lane. Expect a modern steakhouse with a chic lounge concept and beautifully designed interiors. Described as 'trendy chophouse for the feminine set' - the basement space comprises a main bar and dining room, wine library, chef’s table and open kitchen.

Porter serves a refined steak house experience. Although menu details are scant, you can expect 'expertly seared steaks from the wood-fired oven' alongside vegetarian and seafood options. Dishes are set to include seared steaks, slow-cooked lamb, roasted aubergine with grated egg and mushroom carpaccio.

Signature Dishes

Avocado carpaccio with caviar; yellowtail sashimi; king crab leg with salsa verde and the plus one kilogram “Mr Porter” steak.

Signature Drinks

Love Potion, mixes Mastiha liqueur and rum, served under a cotton candy cloud and the French Touch with vodka, apricot liqueur, peach and champagne.
