Urchin

Dorian owner Chris D'Sylva is set to open a second restaurant, having secured a Michelin star for his first venture.

Scoring a table at Dorian has become nearly impossible these days. Founded by Chris D'Sylva, the owner of Notting Hill Fish Shop and Supermarket of Dreams - Dorian opened as a modern-day British bistro with attitude, proclaiming itself to be ‘a neighbourhood joint for those that suck the marrow out of life’. Urchin, Dorian's follow-up restaurant (in Holland Park) - is styled as a Japanese bistro. Expect a Japanese take on the produce the business has become known for. Think - sharing-style dishes of comfort food. Whole fish, big steaks with Japanese sauces and flavours.
