Aira x Restaurant Story

Tommy Myllymäki, the chef from the two Michelin-starred Aira in Stockholm lands in London this September for a special four-hands dinner with Tom Phillips, who helms the hobs at Restaurant Story, alongside Tom Sellers.

The chefs from Michelin-starred Aira in Stockholm and Restaurant Story will host two exclusive four-hands dinners at Tom Seller’s Restaurant Story on 10th and 11th September. This event marks Myllymäki's London debut, featuring a menu of signature and seasonal dishes from both chefs. Myllymäki and Phillips, who met at Bocuse d'Or in 2019, share a passion for seasonal produce and creating masterful, story-telling plates.

The pair are putting on an eight-course showstopper of a menu. Dishes include squid with oyster emulsion and caviar; scallop quenelle with king crab; and monkfish with roasted chicken emulsion, ceps and juniper dashi. Enjoy this one off experience and 8 course tasting menu for £250 per person.
