From Friday 18th October to Friday 20th December, French Chef Jaïs Mimoun will be over from Paris to take over the kitchen at Casa Cruz, showcasing a curated seasonal menu of his signature modern French cuisine, paired with exceptional French wines. Dishes include: langoustine rartare with straciatella, torrefied buckwheat, and lime zest; Turbot fillet steak with roasted winter carrots and turmeric cream and 40 day dry-aged Simmenthal boneless rib eye with Roasted Roscoff onion puree. The food will be complemented by carefully selected French wines.
