From October 11th to November 2nd, experience Chef Masa's fusion of traditional Japanese techniques and modern flavors in their members' restaurant. The limited-time event features a custom menu with signature dishes such as shrimp pasta, Japanese rib-eye steak, and truffle maitake mushroom rolls, all paired with wine and sake.

Takayama owns New York's three-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant Masa (often referred to as serving one of the most expensive tasting menus in America) and next-door Japanese restaurant Bar Masa - since 2004. He also runs Kappo Masa on Madison Avenue in partnership with art gallerist Larry Gagosian. His first oversees venture opened within Harrods.
