Wednesday 10 June marks 25 years since Gordon Ramsay began his first night's service as a chef in London, and to honour this anniversary Gordon and Pétrus Head Chef Neil Snowball have prepared an exclusive event in celebration.

Experience a special seven-course tasting menu created by Gordon and Neil for the evening featuring dishes including grilled Scottish lobster, asparagus lasagne and Oscietra Royal caviar, Herdwick lamb, green pepper and smoked olive tapenade, and Neil's signature 'Black Forest'. 

Complete the ocassion with a selection of the finest wines chosen by Head Sommelier Alex Gilbert-Petz, including the opportunity to enjoy Chateau Pétrus by the glass. Bookings are available between 6.30pm and 10pm and allocated on a first come first served basis. Priced from £175 per person.
