Headlined by Trine Hahnemann (dubbed the ‘Danish Delia’), Swedish Michelin-starred fire pit chef Niklas Ekstedt (Saturday Kitchen, Scandimania), Valentine Warner (Valentine Warner Eats Scandinavia, What to Eat Now) and wine expert Joe Wadsack (co-host of BBC Two’s Food & Drink), this event brings the unique flavours of Scandinavian midsummer to the UK.
Enjoy a cocktail reception at 11.30am on Saturday morning through to the final demonstration at 4pm on Sunday. On the Saturday evening there will also be an unforgettable midsummer feast, featuring dishes such as a whole roasted lamb.
The weekend also offers a huge range of other experiences to enjoy, such as new Nordic cuisine tutorials, cooking over fire, summer smorgasbords, foraging and much more. There will also be a gravlaks masterclass hosted by Ole-Martin Hansen, (of celebrated artisan salmon smokers Hansen & Lydersen) and internationally renowned fisherman Geir Sivertzen.
Ticket price for the adults-only festival is £200 per person (covers all the demos and feasts, excluding drinks bought from the bar). Camp in the grounds of Harptree Court in your own tents, (with facilities on site), or stay in local accommodation.
