Jim Thomlinson, aka The Prawnographer, is building on the success of his seafood shack at Street Feast with a brunch pop-up at The Fish Market.
Using the freshest seafood from London’s Billingsgate fish market and creative flavour combinations, Prawnography brings U a brunch menu of scallop & bacon rolls, crabmeat soldiers with boiled duck egg and prawn Bloody Mary’s, made with prawn-infused vodka. Available every Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 4pm.
