Michelin-starred 'uber' chef, Ollie Dabbous is collaborating with renowned yacht company Woods’ Silver Fleet and serving up exclusive dishes on board the company’s flagship river yacht, the Silver Sturgeon.

On Friday 9th of October, a special one-off event will see highlights from Dabbous’ new menu (of modern European cuisine) unveiled, including stand out dishes, such as his 'cured salmon with elderflower and chervil', and 'barbecued Iberico pork with savoury acorn praline and crushed green apple'. Guests will be treated to a Champagne reception on arrival and carefully curated drinks and cuisine while enjoying live music on an evening cruise down the River Thames.
