A rooftop female-lead BBQ collaboration between the East London institution Ace Hotel and independent live fire cooking title, Pit magazine - with guest chef Elizabeth Haigh.
The collaboration takes the form of a series of BBQ events on Ace Hotel’s rooftop led by a stellar line-up of female chefs. Each of the guest chefs will be offering up cuisines from all around the world, with chef Elizabeth Haigh kicking off the series. Fresh from the grill, Elizabeth will be serving a menu comprising of a classic meat, a meat specially selected by Pit and a vegan dish with a choice of two seasonings, each served alongside a salad and ‘slaw.
