On Saturday, April 25, Calum Franklin, Executive Head Chef of Holborn Dining Room join forces with Hawksmoor‘s Richard Turner for an unforgettable feast. A self-styled pastry deviant, Calum has revived the craftsmanship of traditional English cooking, combining it with clever flavour combinations to create comforting yet contemporary British dishes and menus. In 2018, he opened Holborn Dining Room’s Pie Room, where he and his team make over 200 pies daily and hold regular pie-making masterclasses.
Tickets for this one-off five course feast are priced at £150 per person with all proceeds going to humanitarian organisation Action Against Hunger. To date, the Hawksmoor Annual Charity Dinner has raised over £625,000 for Action Against Hunger.
Action Against Hunger carries out life-saving work in almost 50 countries worldwide to help malnourished children through lifesaving programmes in nutrition, food security, water, sanitation and hygiene. The Hawksmoor Annual Charity Dinner offers food lovers a unique opportunity to help.
