Havana Rum has remodelled the Skylounge rooftop bar terrace into a Cuban retreat, allowing you to immerse yourselves in a relaxed Cuban vibe - so that you feel as if you have travelled to Old Havana. 

The four-month residency also has a Cuban band entertaining visitors on a monthly basis. Indulge in Cuban food inspired by the heat, and traditional dishes and cocktails, including classics such as Cuba Libres, Mojitos and Daiquiris.

Skylounge, situated at the top of the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower of London, boasts spectacular views of some of London’s iconic buildings, including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard and The Gherkin.

Fried green plantains with garlic mojo; Red Snapper ceviche with serrano chillies and a tomato jelly; chargrilled octopus with smoked Piquillo pepper, as well as tacos and pulled pork quesadillas.
