Award-winning chef Rishim Sachdeva is behind this (mostly) vegan chef residency, at this Soho institution.

Sachdeva has previously worked at the Dairy, Chiltern Firehouse and the Fat Duck - with this being his first sole venture. Taking over the kitchen at the iconic pub for six-months from Wednesday 19th May, Rishim’s residency offers a (mostly) vegan menu showcasing the chef’s creative plant-first dishes such as purple corn tostada with broad bean guac and ratatouille with basil puree. Choose to order a la carte, or opt for the Tendril ‘discovery’ set menu, which includes a snack, a choice of two small plates, one main and a dessert for £29 per person.
