The latest in experiential dining to hit Dubai, this unique new cooking studio offers a range of interactive culinary classes for amateur cooks.

For those looking for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, this brand new state-of-the-art cooking studio in Fairmont the Palm is just the ticket. The Masterchef worthy purpose-built space is fitted out with sleek, stylish Gaggenau equipment, while the five-star chefs (headed up by executive sous chef Jason Green) are on hand to share their pro skills with foodies. Up to eight people can cook simultaneously in the kitchen. 


A variety of classes are on offer, from an introduction to basic cooking techniques to seasonal sessions such as Christmas cooking and baking. The classes are categorised into two tiers – the Masterclass, which involves hands-on cooking, plus take-home recipe cards and a certificate; and the Premium cooking class, in which you get to cook with luxury ingredients such as foie gras, caviar and Wagyu beef, as well as enjoy a sit-down three-course meal prepared by the chefs at the end. 


While international cuisines are covered across the different classes, bespoke packages - including special kids’ cooking classes - can also be created.
