River Cottage is taking up residency at The Imperial (in Fulham), on 27th and 28th February. This is only the second time they have ever done something like this in London, making it an experience not to be missed. The one-off dinners (priced at £80 per person) are lead by River Cottage's smoking and curing expert Stephen Lamb - expect these to feature on his 6-course tasting menu - using ethically and seasonally sourced ingredients.

Steven and his team will be using their expertise and knowledge to bring a little slice of the Dorset countryside to The Imperial’s dining room and the menu reflects both River Cottage’s and The Imperial’s common interest of sustainability and locally sourced produce wherever possible. River Cottage HQ is based on the Devon / Dorset border near Axminster and is home to an award-winning Cookery School, a state of the art Chefs' School, and serves up unique dining experiences and events.
