Corvina

Tim & Nancy Cushman, of O Ya and The Roof, have expanded their growing mini-empire with this classy and casual ground floor eatery.

Corvina is the last food expansion in the Park South Hotel from the dream duo Tim & Nancy Cushman. With an NYC branch of their incredibly successful Boston Sushi restaurant, O Ya, as the summer suntrap The Roof at Park South, this expansive Mediterranean restaurant rounds out the experience for hotel guests and Midtown regulars alike.

From start to finish they really look after you. There's a cafe up front where you can grab a Counter Culture coffee, pastries, and sandwiches to either dash away with, or perch in their massive windows and watch the world spin. Looking for something a bit more substantial? head on to the true restaurant featuring a signature tiled Stefano Ferrara oven for Neapolitan style pizzas, bone in whole sea bass and a massive tomahawk steak for two which will turn every head in the dining room.

The wine list is extensive and well thought out with a diverse selection giving you ample choice to find that perfect match. With nearly 20 options by the glass, you can have as little or as much as you want. Cocktails are also featured prominently here, with an inspired menu which changes with the seasons ensuring you have the best ingredients possible.
