Using the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA as the location, Thornton is able to explore the interface between food and art by serving an artist-driven dining experience that combines Wolvesmouth, his underground, high-end supper club, with elements of an avant-garde art project. The experience extends beyond the food at the dinner, with each sensory element of the night thoughtfully created by the chef.
Two seatings will be available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from March 19th through to May 12th, with tickets priced $225 per person for a nine-course menu.
