This year, Night Tales are taking over the vast (10,000 sq/ft) car park in Shoreditch for a seven-week run (every Friday and Saturday only), featuring wild gardens, private chalets (available for hire), three new concept bars (including Tales of Whiskey on the mezzanine and the Hot Hut Cocktail bar), log fires all inside a two-tiered tent (all covered with a canopy).
Food options include Patty & Bun, Pitt Cue, Rum Kitchen, Voodoo Ray's (serving up New York-inspired pizza slices) and more, each with their own stand (and van in some cases), plus drinks from the guys at Background Bars where there will be all kinds of inventive bespoke cocktails to be enjoyed.
Music comes from a top team of house, disco, funk and techno DJs (including Bill Brewster, Frank Broughton and the Black Butter Records crew), with more guests to be announced over the coming weeks.
Expect the usual Patty&Bun classic burgers and some special editions, including "The Dip Pork" - shaved pork shoulder, garlic greens, provolone and pork gravy for dipping. They'll also have guest chef appearances from Pitt Cue Co. and together they're planning on some "filthy sexy meaty concoctions".
The five spiced mulled negroni or the home spiced hot ciders.
If you want to beat the queues you can book a table for 8- 25 people, which costs £100 a head - includes free entry, queue jump, unlimited drinks from any bar, tray service, food tokens, and a table booth or designated area.
