Returning from a trip in South America, Milesi is running a Pop-Up restaurant for an intimate crowd of 12 diners in the St Pancras Clock Tower. Drawing inspiration from the many Latin American and European kitchens that he's visited (such as El Celler de Can Roca, Viajante and The Ledbury), it promises a culinary journey promoting cultural diversity, with a nod to each of his influences.
On the evening, expect a welcome cocktail, a six course tasting menu, plus Argento and Garzón Wines (for £95), with dishes including Argentine grass-fed beef with white truffle spaghetti & grilled red chard, a Moqueca of cod with green wheat risotto, tomato confit, quail eggs & coconut foam, and beetroot, white chocolate & mascarpone with strawberry powder for dessert. The evening runs from 7-11pm and tickets are selling quickly.
