Weekend sundowners just got a whole lot more glamorous at the brand new Moulin Rouge-inspired Satine restaurant and lounge at Nikki Beach.

Satine Sunsets, starting from 5 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, will feature an array of signature cocktails - such as Smoking Negroni, Jasmine Blossom, and Nikki Beach Dark and Stormy - alongside an innovative Mediterranean-style lounge bites menu. Whether it's a goat's cheese samosa with basil emulsion, lamb Oriental pastilla, French oysters or a bruschetta trio with cheese, avocado & heirloom tomatoes, lauded executive chef Udo Moreau pulls out all stops. Their 'Mixolo-dishes' take food and drinks pairing to another level, with some of the menu highlights being combined with complementary drinks - think a specially formulated Bloody Mary with shellfish with horseradish mayonnaise, and foie gras and fig, with bourbon fizz.

Satine is giving happy hours a gourmet avatar with their Taste of Satine set menu offering, available from 7-8pm on weeknights. The three-course menu includes Lobster Club (poached lobster layered with beefsteak tomatoes and squid ink crisp), and the spectacular 'Spectacular Spectacular' sharing dessert - best enjoyed in the stylish sea-facing outdoor terrace, washed down with cocktails, of course! AED 220 per person.
