Coming to upstairs at The Drapers Arms in Islington is the inaugural FAT & WINE dinner, which comprises of a single-sitting five course dinner, set in a banquet style arrangement in this cosy yet chic pub. Chef Neil Rankin (Pitt Cue Co & Smokehouse) creates a meal around the one vital ingredient: fat, while Ruth Spivey (of Wine Car Boot, Craft London, Andrew Edmunds) and Coco Stebbings (of River Cafe, Lyle’s, Genuwine) do the wine pairings for U, to create this unique experience.
The evening kicks off at 7pm where U can enjoy the neighbourhood pub (which has a reputation for great food, plus a beautiful garden and private dining room), with sit down at 7.30pm for an 8pm meal. Tickets are £62 for the full experience, drinks included.
